Lucy Waller will be signing copies of her books and discussing the stories that inspired them at Rincon Library Saturday at 2 p.m.

She didn’t start out as a writer. But Lucy Waller has achieved her lifelong goal of being an author.

The Effingham County resident and former teacher will hold a book signing Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Rincon Library. She will discuss her books “While the Coffee Perks,” “Let God Be the Judge” and “Table for Two: A Guide to Senior Dating.”

“I wanted to write all my life,” Waller said. “I always wanted to be published and I always wanted to do a book.”
