Treutlen House Day
Susan Gattman, director of the Treutlen House, and Mose Mock, chairman of the Treutlen House board of directors, receive the proclamation from the Effingham County Board of Commissioners declaring April 25 as Treutlen House Day in Effingham County and April as Child Abuse Prevention Month. Along with Gattman and Mock are commissioners Jeff Utley, Reggie Loper, Myra Lewis, Bob Brantley, Verna Phillips and Chairman Dusty Zeigler.
