The Effingham Health System Fall 5K Series began in 2016 with the goal of promoting a more active lifestyle and community engagement. It is also a way to support local non-profit organizations Effingham 4-H, Springfield Revitalization, ECHS FFA and Catie’s Fund benefitting CURE Childhood Cancer.

“I am excited about kicking off the second annual 5K Race Series in Springfield. This is an excellent opportunity to bring our community together and get active.” said Abby Smith, an Effingham County 4-H coordinator.
