Annual Effingham County Fair set for Oct. 22-27

The Effingham County Fair board of directors and committee are preparing for the 2012 Effingham County Fair, which will be held Oct. 22-27 at the Fairgrounds in Springfield.


This year’s theme is “Where Farm meets FUN.”
