Effingham County EMA has activated its EOC to Operations Level 3 “Monitoring the Storm." It is staying updated on Hurricane Irma through the National Hurricane Center and National Weather Service. EEMA encourages everyone to stay updated on local forecasts, review their emergency plans and restock emergency supply kits.
