The Effingham Chamber of Commerce honored four outstanding small businesses at its monthly membership breakfast Wednesday at First Baptist Church of Rincon’s Memorial Chapel.

His business, which opened its doors as Dasher, Hill and Lee in 1995 and moved into its new building as the Dasher Insurance Agency in 2000, is a major sponsor of 4-H and the Effingham County Young Farmers. Dasher serves on the Effingham Agriculture Advisory Council and the advisory board at Guyton Elementary School, where he mentors a fourth-grade student.
