RINCON -- Chick-fil-A will host a “Cookies for CURE,” a daylong fundraiser on Tuesday to support CURE Childhood Cancer. For each individual and 6-pack of Chick-fil-A Chocolate Chunk Cookies sold, the restaurant will donate all sales to CURE Childhood Cancer to fund targeted childhood cancer research and support patients and their families.

2021 marks the second year of the fundraiser in Georgia’s Lowcountry, with Chick-fil-A Rincon helping raise more than $2,500 for CURE Childhood Cancer during a similar event in 2020. This year, additional restaurants in the area have joined the fundraiser to provide greater support to the organization and childhood cancer patients.

“We are proud to once again give back to this incredible organization and help conquer childhood cancer,” said Jason Counselman, local restaurant Operator of Chick-fil-A Rincon. “With more restaurants participating in this year’s fundraiser, we hope to see our neighbors and guests come and support this great cause.”

Atlanta-based CURE Childhood Cancer is dedicated to conquering childhood cancer through funding targeted research while supporting patients and their families. Founded in 1975 to complete extensive research into childhood cancer, CURE Childhood Cancer provides support and help to patients who are fighting the disease today by addressing the physical, emotional, financial and educational needs of families during treatment and beyond.
