Five people are facing several drug charges after Effingham County Sheriff’s deputies found four meth labs following a three month long operation this past weekend.

Meth labs were found at locations throughout the county, including residences at Holly Street in Rincon, on Fort Howard Road, on Claytons Bluff in Rincon and Woodland Drive in Rincon.

Donald Roberts, 33, of Rincon, Michael Eric Seckinger, 53, of Rincon, Randy Waters, 58, of Rincon, Sherry Capps, 53, of Rincon, and Korina Morgan, 28, of Rincon, have been charged with manufacturing methamphetamine.

During the search on Woodland Drive, Charles Ellis Morgan, 36, of Rincon, fled on foot and is wanted by deputies for manufacturing methamphetamine.

Roberts was currently out on bond for two arrests last year for manufacturing methamphetamine. Investigators say that all six suspects know each other and several additional arrests are forthcoming.

Anyone who has information on Ellis’s whereabouts is asked to call the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office at 754-3449.
