SPRINGFIELD -- Effingham County District 2 Commissioner Roger Burdette is set to host  a town hall meeting and open house at Blandford Elementary School on Oct. 25.

Topics will include the McCall Road widening and improvements survey, Effingham Parkway updates as well as an update on the Savannah Gateway Industrial hub. 

Maps and information will be available from 5-6 p.m. with comments from Burdette to start at 6 p.m. A question-and-answer session will follow.

The school is located at 4650 McCall Road, Rincon.
