One man is facing several child porn-related charges after Effingham County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a search warrant Tuesday night at a residence in Port Wentworth. According to the ECSO, investigators discovered that Eric Scholl, 38, of Port Wentworth was downloading several images and videos of child pornography, with many images of children less than 8 years old. ECSO spokesman Detective David Ehsanipoor said Scholl shared the images with a computer with an IP address in Effingham County.
