The Effingham County High School FFA agriculture mechanics team placed first in a recent Area IV competition.
The team includes Jaylin Coleman (high individual), Matthew Holton, Kevin Lindsay and Dillon Pippen.
It  will compete in the state agriculture mechanics competition at the University of Georgia in Athens on Friday and Saturday.
