As of 3 p.m. Tuesday, there have been 17,982 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in residents of the Coastal Health District and 352 deaths.

 Cases by county:

  • Bryan: 1,187 cases, 11 deaths
  • Camden: 1,331 cases, 16 deaths
  • Chatham: 8,718 cases, 169 deaths
  • Effingham: 1,523 cases, 26 deaths
  • Glynn: 3,522 cases, 97 deaths
  • Liberty: 1,147 cases, 23 deaths
  • Long: 257 cases, 3 deaths
  • McIntosh: 297 cases, 7 deaths

Friends of Manna House is fundraising in August to renovate the busy food pantry parking lot. The community is invited to shop donated décor and support the project.
