Emergency chief: No survivors of plane crash expected

Bryan County Emergency Management Agency Chief/Director Freddy Howell said it is believed that no one survived Monday's plane crash near the Effingham County-Bryan County line.

A small aircraft with three passengers lost contact with air traffic control shortly after taking off in Savannah. The plane was reportedly headed to Cobb County.

The U.S. Coast Guard discovered the wreckage in a wooded area near the Effingham County-Bryan County line.
