The final meeting of the Effingham County Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnership (MAPP) project will be held today, Nov.9, from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at the Annex in the Administrative Complex located at 601 Laurel St. in Springfield. Lunch will be provided.
During the MAPP process, Effingham County citizens have, through research and community input, identified goals and strategies to address healthcare concerns in Effingham County.
The meeting will focus on planning the future action steps for improving the health of the Effingham County community.
