RINCON -- The Josh Reddick Foundation Concert at Freedom Park on Jan. 27 is sure to end with a bang. For the first time, the fourth annual charity event will feature fireworks. "I've been with the concert since its second year," Josh Reddick Foundation President Trey Saxon said.
