IDA to spin better Web site

The Effingham Industrial Development Authority may be changing how the world sees it — online.

“Our Web site is in dire need of a makeover,” said IDA CEO John Henry. “This Web site leaves a lot to be desired.”

Henry called the current site “cumbersome,” and pointed out the differences between it and Web sites of nearby development authorities to IDA board members.
