Rincon City Councilman Freddy Long is no longer seeking re-election. His withdrawal from the race leaves Ben Blackwell Jr, Levi Scott, Damon Rahn and Paul Wendelken to vie for three openings. 

Blackwell, appointed recently to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of Ann Daniel, and Scott are incumbents. Wendelken is a former council member.
