Incoming  Effingham County commissioner Jamie Deloach was sworn in Monday evening at the Historic Effingham Courthouse. Probate Judge Beth Rahn Mosley adminisered the oath of office to Deloach and other elected officials who won re-election to their posts, including commissioners Vera Jones and Phil Kieffer and state court solicitor Mark Lee.
