Effingham County High School’s Rebel Regiment was named grand champion of the Walterboro Balnd Classic at Colleton County High School's Cougar Stadium in Walterboro, S.C., on Saturday.

The Rebel Regiment also won its division and had the best drum majors, best drum line and best horn line.
