Rebels change football game day

Effingham County football coach Buddy Holder said Tuesday that his Rebels will host Statesboro at 6 p.m. Saturday instead of Friday at 7:30 p.m. as originally scheduled. Effingham County Schools will remain closed through Wednesday because of the lingering effects of Tropical Storm Irma. Many residences remain without power and some roads are impassable.
