SPRINGFIELD -- Ethan Johnson limited the Screven County to one hit to lead Effingham County to a 12-0 baseball victory Monday.

Johnson got all the offensive support he would need in the first inning when Perry Fulcher hit into a fielder's choice, scoring two runs.

Effingham County Rebels notched five runs in the third inning. JR LononChristian Campbell and Jordan Rahn all moved runners across the plate during the uprising.

Johnson lasted five innings, striking out three and walking none. Dawson Griffin threw 1 2/3 s innings in relief.

Effingham County racked up 11 hits. RahnCullen Wake and Zach Wilson each had multiple base knocks.
