SPINGFIELD — The Effingham County Recreation and Parks Department has started registration for spring baseball and softball.
Registration runs through Jan. 31. The fee is $65.
Lacrosse registration is also ongoing.
An informational meeting for middle schoolers is set January 25 at the recreation office. The registration fee for lacrosse is $65 plus a $15 U.S. Lacrosse registration fee.
In addition, registration for the 41st Annual Jacan Brown Coke Spring Run is underway To ensure you receive a t-shirt, register before Feb. 16..
he spring run will have a 1-mile run/walk as well as a 5K.
Price for the spring run is $10 for the mile and $15 for the 5K.
