Rincon City Council calls special meeting

 RINCON -- The Rincon City Council has called a special meeting for 6 p.m. Monday to discuss potential action in regards to procedures in response to public health concerns in the wake of Covid-19.

The meeting will be conducted in the City Hall Confererence Room.

Seven-year-old Beckham, a student at Ebenezer Elementary, raised nearly $3,500 for Effingham County school lunch funds through a summer lemonade stand. With help from his family and community donations, his project became a heartfelt lesson in entrepreneurship and giving back.
