Rincon Mayor Ken Lee was sworn in for a second term, and council members Scott Morgan, Frank Owens and Levi Scott took the oath of office to take their seats on Rincon City Council. Morgan and Scott were re-elected to their posts while Owens, who previously served on the council, won the seat that was vacated by Ken Baxley.
