SPRINGFIELD -- The Effingham County Criminal Investigative Unit is seeking the public’s help in identifying a credit card fraud suspect. The female suspect used the victim’s credit card in five locations in the Savannah area on March 13: Kroger-Victory, Toys R Us-Abercor, Publix-Abercorn, Posh-Victory, Whole Foods-Victory.
