SPRINGFIELD -- The Effingham County Criminal Investigative Unit is seeking the public’s help in identifying a credit card fraud suspect. The female suspect used the victim’s credit card in five locations in the Savannah area on March 13: Kroger-Victory, Toys R Us-Abercor, Publix-Abercorn, Posh-Victory, Whole Foods-Victory. If you have any information on this person’s identity or whereabouts please call Investigator Dan Mealor at 912-754-8175 or Crimestoppers at 912-234-2020.
