Some vehicles at Springfield Ford in Rincon were damaged when a Guyton teen lost control of his vehicle driving southbound on Highway 21 on Wednesday.

Joe Pope, manager at Springfield Ford, said the accident occurred around 7 p.m.

“It wiped out one good,” Pope said.

The collision caused the first truck to move and rear ended a second truck parked on the lot.

According to the accident report, the driver lost control of his vehicle, hit a light pole and then a pickup truck.

Pope said the collision with the light pole caused glass and dings on several vehicles.

The driver sustained minor injuries, but did not seek treatment.
