Dear Editor,

I would like to thank all my family, friends, and residents of the 3rd District for their support over the last eight years. It has truly been a pleasure to serve you as your commissioner. It has been a true learning experience with a lot of tough decisions. I hope you can truly see the good we did for the 3rd District, and for Effingham County. 

 

Looking at the remaining candidates for the 3rd District, I am asking you to join me in the support of Lillie Smart Brown. I have known Lillie for over 25 years and I believe she will be a great asset to the Board of Commissioners. Not only will she serve all the people, she will listen to us. She also appears to be one of the few left that doesn’t have an agenda for this board. Thanks again for all your support.
