Effingham County Bulldogs capture two national, two runner-up titles

Four teams of youth basketball from Effingham County competed recently in national championships and came home with two championships and two runner-up titles. The 6th grade Lady Bulldogs finished 3-1 with the only loss coming in the championship game finishing as national runner-up.
