GUYTON -- South Effingham reached the end zone five times en route to a win in a scrimmage over Savannah on Friday.

Out of respect for Savannah's small roster, first-year Mustangs head coach Nathan Clark opted not to keep score. Alex Cela and Cameron Edwards, however, each tallied two touchdowns and Rocko Griffin added one.

South Effingham's defense was impressive, posting a first-half shutout and giving just one touchdown overall

It was a beautiful night for football, and the aerial photos show the Mustangs–Rebels matchup like you’ve never seen it before — bold, striking, and eye-popping from every angle. The Rebels capped the night with a 49-21 win over South Effingham.
