The Effingham Bobcats won the 11U-USSSA Hardball Classic in Garden City on March 5 and 6, winning all four games in tournament play. Austin Barefield was 5-for-9 with nine stolen bases, Devin Landis went 4-for-8 with nine steals, Josh McElveen was 5-for-9 with four steals, Ryan Thompson was 4-for-7 with 17 stolen bases, Tyler Morris went 5-for-11 with 14 stolen bases and Tylor Rogers finished 5-for-9 with nine stolen bases.
