The Effingham County High School Lady Rebels basketball team had a very successful summer season. Summer games began on June 2 and went through June 26. The Lady Rebels ended the summer season with a record of 23-3 and also were the champions of the Armstrong Atlantic State University camp tournament.
New head coach Karl DeMasi is very optimistic.
“I felt that we did a good job this summer,” he said. “We got to know each other and the girls played very well together.”
