Josh Reddick (Oakland Athletics) — Reddick was scheduled to have his right wrist examined by team doctors Monday. He returned to the lineup Saturday after missing Friday night’s game.
He is 1 for his last 12. For the season, Reddick is hitting .213 with 10 homers and 46 runs batted in. He has 15 doubles and two triples to go with nine stolen bases.
J.B. Wendelken (Winston-Salem Dash) — The right-hander had a rough outing against Frederick, allowing three runs on two hits and four walks in less than an inning, but he bounced back with two scoreless frames against Myrtle Beach, fanning five.
He is 2-1 with an earned run average of 3.36, striking out 72 and allowing 73 hits over 75 innings for the season. He also has given up only four home runs.
Zach Dotson (Kingsport Mets) — The former Effingham County High star threw a scoreless inning Saturday against Bluefield, striking out two and allowing one hit. He is 0-0 with an ERA of 9.00 with three strikeouts and three hits allowed over two innings. Kingsport’s season will end Friday.
D.J. Driggers (Gulf Coast League Tigers) — With his 50-game suspension behind him, the former ECHS star is 2-for-5 in four games with a stolen base.

Women’s soccer
Sydnie Van Curen (Georgia Southern University) — The junior forward got the Eagles’ first goal of the season, scoring 4 minutes into their opener against Indiana State. The Eagles lost 2-1 and lost 5-0 Sunday to Indiana.
Marissa Hamm (University of South Carolina Beaufort) — The sophomore played but did not score in the Sand Sharks’ first two games. USCB is 1-0-1.
