Stars shine at YBOA tourney
The Effingham County Stars 10-and-under girls basketball team took first place in the YBOA’s Battle by the Beach tournament held June 20-21 in Wilmington, N.C. The Stars also won a YBOA tournament on Hilton Head Island, S.C., this month.
