Effingham County 4-H program is heating things up with their STEAM program.

A program that is very similar to STEM, an acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math, except STEAM adds an expression of art.

The Effingham County 4-H program strives to impact youth development through quality educational programs such as STEAM, which allows children to experiment with science, technology, engineering, math, and art in such a way that enhances the creativity and diversity within the lives of the children of Effingham.
