The Guyton Elementary Gatorettes put on a show at the school Monday.

Members who performed were Marcie Crosby, Michelle Flaunders, Becky Eubanks, Tina Birthisel, Debbie Sikes, Anna Mincey, Babbie Royal, Kristy Gilbert and Mary Ann Thornton  as Michael Jackson for their “Thriller” show. Four Gatorettes were unable to perform because of different circumstances: Jamie Wohler, Tammy Norris, Jana Ashe and Nicki Scott.

Quotes heard throughout the school staff and parents: “Ya’ll are always good, but there was something special tonight. It was like something you’d see in New York City.” “You guys make PTA meetings fun!” “It was just simply fantastic...I was at a loss for words.” “The performance brought back my memories of the ’80’s, and I loved it!” “You people should sell tickets for your performances. I’d pay to go.”
