Ramona Lovett, who had been principal at EMS, passed away earlier this school year. The presentation was made between the South Effingham Middle School-EMS basketball games at Ebenezer Middle School.

From her beginnings as a kindergarten paraprofessional to her vital role in the district’s testing office, Nixon has impacted generations of students and educators with her work ethic, professionalism and heart.
