Rutland earns degree from Louisiana Tech

James Brian Rutland of Springfield was awarded a doctor of philosophy at Louisiana Tech University’s summer quarter commencement.
 
Commencement exercises were held Aug. 19, with diplomas awarded to 276 graduates.
