The South Effingham Middle School Competition Cheerleaders brought home another win Oct. 24 at “Battle in the Boro” cheer competition, hosted by Statesboro High School. The SEMS cheerleaders earned first place in the large division by a 43-point lead. They are now preparing for their next competition, the “Cheer Dawg Classic,” which will be held on Saturday at Toombs County High School.
