The South Effingham Middle School Y Club hosted a school-wide first aid drive to help replenish supplies in the SEMS clinic.

The homeroom bringing in the most items from each grade level received an ice cream treat compliments of the Y Club. Together the school contributed 334 much-needed items.

Effingham County High School introduced its new mascot, Rowdy the Rebel, this week. Inspired by popular sports mascots, Rowdy will appear at school events, pep rallies, and games, giving students a fresh way to engage and celebrate school spirit.
