Allard promoted to master sergeant

Lt. Col. David Eaddy, deputy director of support for the 165th Airlift Wing, announces the promotion of Technical Sgt. Michael Allard to the senior non-commissioned officer rank of master sergeant.  
 
Master Sgt. Allard serves as the fleet manager in vehicle maintenance with the 165th Airlift Wing.  The 165th Airlift Wing is an element of the Georgia Air National Guard, headquartered at the Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport. 
 
Master Sgt. Allard, a military veteran of 24 years, has seen multiple deployments since 9/11 to Norway, Qatar, and participated in the Space Shuttle defense mission immediately after the terrorist attacks in New York, Washington and Pennsylvania. All of Master Sgt. Allard’s military service has been in the Georgia Air National Guard. 
 
MSgt Allard and his family reside in Guyton.
