Edwards 50th

The children of Ossie and Frankie Edwards of Clyo would like to invite all of their friends and family to a celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary. The celebration will take place Sunday, Nov. 14, from 3-5 p.m. in the Clyo United Methodist Church family life center.
 
Mr. and Mrs. Edwards were married Oct. 30, 1960, at the Laurel Hill Lutheran Church by Pastor William “Bill” Carr. A reception followed in the church social hall.
 
Mr. Edwards served in the U.S. Navy and returned home, working in the logging and timber industry his whole life and currently owns Edwards
Trucking. Mrs. Edwards worked for many years at Snooks Grocery Store in Springfield and has always been a loving, caring homemaker. 
 
Mr. and Mrs. Edwards are active members of Clyo United Methodist Church and Mr. Edwards has served on the Effingham Methodist Campground for many years. Join them in thanksgiving an praise on the blessed occasion. Your presence is their greatest gift.
