Officials of the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce are gearing up for this year’s Holiday Classic Business and Craft Expo set for Sunday from noon-4 p.m. at Effingham County High School. Admission is free.
“We are really excited about this year’s show and expect another record turnout,” Brooke Burns, (Burns Insurance Associates) chairperson of the Chamber’s Marketing and Special Events Committee, said. “Over 2,500 people attended last year’s event and we expect to see the same or larger crowd this year.”
This year’s event has something for everyone. More than 70 local businesses and crafters will be participating in this year’s event.
Also, there will be special holiday and Christmas displays, a visit by Santa, barbeque from the Effingham 4-H Club, live entertainment and a car show.
