The 17th Annual Tybee Island Tour of Homes will be held Saturday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., rain or shine. Tickets are a $40 donation in advance or a $45 donation on the day of the tour.

The annual Tybee Island Tour of Homes features a variety of cottages as well as historic and contemporary architectural styles. Highlights include an artful restoration of a 1915 Fort Screven storage facility, two 1930s-inspired cottage restorations and a 1950s showcase home meticulously restored by award-winning architectural and interior designer Jane Coslick.

Many homes incorporate vintage reclaimed materials and showcase a creative Tybee flair. Guests are welcome to begin the tour at the home of their choice and will receive a map along with a list of homes printed on the back of the ticket.

Lunch is included with the purchase of a ticket. Proceeds will benefit The Tybee Rising TYdes Community Food Pantry, the Tybee Island Maritime Academy charter school and The Fresh Air Home.

Tickets are available online at www.tybeetourofhomes.com, Gallery by the Sea, located at 1016 Hwy. 80 East on Tybee Island, and E. Shaver Bookstore, located at 326 Bull St. in Savannah.

Lunch is included in the price of the ticket and will be served from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at Maritime Academy Gym (at St. Michael’s church), located at 714 Lovell Ave.
