Germany, Austria and Hungary take on a new perspective when seen from the deck of a cruise ship.

United by the celebrated Danube River, these three picturesque Old World countries will be the focus of the Georgia Southern University Flying Eagles travel program spring 2008 river cruise.

From May 31 through June 8, guide Patricia McGee Walton, a professor of interior design at the University, will introduce tour members to the architecture, history, sights and food of the countries and communities along this historic waterway.

The cost of the trip starts at $3,644 per person. Airfare and meals are included in the program fee; various options are available based on the type of stateroom.
