Effingham Exchange Club President-Elect Pete Lancaster installed two new members: Bobby Solomon (dean of student affairs for the Effingham Campus of Savannah Tech) and Alicia Howe (associate broker Coldwell Banker Intercoastal Realty).
Immediate past president Patrice Crawley and past president James Presnell assisted with the ceremony. Lancaster also spoke about the history of the Exchange Club and the Club’s positive impact on both the community and the nation.
