Effingham County teen Brooke Pevey won the 2010 Teen Miss St. Patrick’s Day pageant at Savannah Country Day School.

Pevey is the 17-year-old daughter of Terrell and Dana Pevey of Springfield. She is a senior and an honor roll student at Effingham County High School.
