Adam S. Bryant, advisor for Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate in Savannah, was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in October by the CCIM Institute, one of the leading commercial real estate associations in the world.

The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying industry experience.  CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. Of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners in North America, only 9,500 currently hold the CCIM designation.

Bryant is currently ranked 40th out of more than 1,500-plus Sperry Van Ness advisors throughout the world.  In 2008, Bryant closed more than $19 million in commercial real estate transactions including the sale of Goshen Commercial Park and Towne Park Professional Center both located in Rincon.
