Final spring step of outages, upgrades coming next week

Georgia Power will conduct its final step of outages and upgrades in its spring conversion next week.

An outage is scheduled Monday from 9 a.m. and lasting up to eight hours. The affected areas are: Highway 119 from Clyo-Kildare Road to Tuckasee King Road; Reedsville Road from southwest of King Boulevard to south of Yuchi Lane; and includes King Boulevard, Cherokee Hills Road, Morgan Cemetery Road and the northeast end of Sisters Ferry Road.

The alternate date is June 8.
