SPRINGFIELD -- Richard and Wendy Cowart have carved out a small, unique piece of Georgia'a agricultural pie.

The owners of Bootleg Farm on Egypt Ardmore Road work seven days a week to produce farmstead goat cheese and pet grade raw milk. Their operation, which emerged from a backyard hobby, features 135 goats, each of which has its own name.
