The Effingham County and Bulloch County sheriff’s offices are asking for the public’s help in finding a woman they say stole jewelry from several homes.

Sylve Edwards, 38, of Ellabell was working for a cleaning service and took gold and silver jewelry items from customer’s residences, according to the ECSO.

Investigators have identified three victims in Effingham County and one in Bulloch County, but there may be more victims as some recovered items have not been identified.

Anyone with information on Edwards’ whereabouts is asked to contact the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office at 754-3449.
